All Bus Sales is NOT a bank, savings institution, credit union, direct lender, finance company, lease originator, licensed loan broker, licensed mortgage or consumer lender, or credit services organization. We do not originate, underwrite, fund, purchase, service, or collect on any loan or lease.

All Bus Sales operates strictly as an advertising and referral platform. Our sole role in financing is to display partner information and, at your request, forward your contact and vehicle details to an independent third-party commercial equipment finance provider, such as Commercial Fleet Financing (CFF).

Independent parties. Any lender, lessor, funder, or finance broker referenced on this site is an independent business. It is not an agent, employee, subsidiary, partner, or joint venturer of All Bus Sales, and it has no authority to bind All Bus Sales. All Bus Sales likewise has no authority to bind any lender.

Commercial purpose. Financing referenced on this site is intended for commercial and business-purpose equipment transactions and is not consumer credit. Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq., Regulation Z) disclosures generally do not apply to business-purpose credit; where any consumer-credit obligation does apply, the disclosures are the responsibility of the funding lender, not All Bus Sales.

All Bus Sales may receive a referral fee or commission from a financing partner. Receiving such compensation does not create an agency, fiduciary, or advisory relationship, and you are never obligated to use a referred provider.

Credit approval decisions, interest rates, buy rates, factor rates, annual percentage rates, loan or lease terms, amortization, balloon or residual structures, required down payment (including any illustrative "0–5% for top credit" figure shown on the site), documentation fees, collateral and age/mileage eligibility, insurance requirements, and personal guaranty requirements are established exclusively by the third-party lender.

Eligibility criteria — including FICO score thresholds, PayNet or business-credit scores, time in business, comparable borrowing history, bank statement review, and financial statement or tax return requirements — are set by the lender and may change without notice.

Nothing on this site is a commitment to lend, a pre-approval, a conditional approval, a rate lock, or an offer of credit. No representation about your likelihood of approval is made or implied by All Bus Sales.

Submitting a financing inquiry may result in the lender obtaining consumer or business credit reports, which may affect your credit profile. That inquiry is initiated by the lender under its own authorizations and disclosures, not by All Bus Sales.

All Bus Sales is not liable for a lender's decision, delay, repricing, withdrawal of terms, funding failure, data handling, servicing conduct, or any consequence of a completed or declined financing transaction.

Any monthly payment figure, estimate, calculator, slider, range, or "from $X/month" statement shown on a listing, category page, financing page, or partner page is illustrative and informational only.

Estimates are generated from generic assumptions about rate, term, down payment, and creditworthiness. They do not include taxes, title, registration, documentation fees, insurance, freight, inspection, or reconditioning costs, and they do not reflect your actual credit profile.

An estimate is not a quote, an offer, a pre-qualification, an approval, or a guarantee of availability. Your actual payment can differ substantially. Only the funding lender's written offer and executed contract state the true terms of your transaction.

Vehicle prices shown on the site are supplied by sellers and may change or expire without notice, which will also change any estimated payment derived from them.

Governing law. This document and any dispute arising out of or relating to it, the site, any listing, any referral, or any communication between the parties are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Mandatory binding arbitration. Except for claims seeking injunctive relief or the protection of intellectual property, and except for individual claims properly brought in small-claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and All Bus Sales shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The seat of arbitration is Orange County, Florida, USA. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.

Class action waiver and jury trial waiver. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY. YOU AND ALL BUS SALES EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND EACH IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Supporting jurisdiction and venue. For any matter that is not subject to arbitration — including a petition to compel arbitration, a request for provisional or injunctive relief, or enforcement of an arbitral award — the exclusive forum is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, USA. Each party irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction in, and waives any objection to venue in, those courts.

Time limit. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Severability of this section. If the class action waiver is held unenforceable as to any claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed from arbitration and heard in the Orange County, Florida courts identified above; the remainder of this section survives.
