Privacy Policy & Data Protection Notice

How All Bus Sales collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information submitted through the marketplace.

Effective / last updated:

This Privacy Policy explains what information All Bus Sales collects through allbussales.com, how that information is used and shared with the third-party partners you ask us to contact, and the choices and rights available to you.

1. Information We Collect

Personal identifiers you submit. Name, business or company name, email address, telephone number, city and state, vehicle interest and inquiry details, budget or timeline notes, seller registration details, and any message content you provide through our contact, listing inquiry, seller registration, bus request, inspection/shipping referral, financing referral, or parts checkout forms.

Account and listing data. If you create an account, we store your login identifiers, role (buyer, seller, dealer, administrator), account status, listings you publish, listing photographs, and messages exchanged through the on-site inbox.

Inquiry and referral routing data. For each inquiry we retain the content of your request, the seller or partner it was routed to, the routing and lead-transmission timestamps, and the contact details required for referral processing and follow-up.

Technical and usage data. IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, timestamps, session activity, cookies and similar technologies, and analytics telemetry (including Google Analytics 4). This data is used for security, fraud prevention, performance measurement, and improving search and listing relevance.

Sensitive data. We do not intentionally collect government identification numbers, financial account numbers, credit reports, or payment card data through this site. Credit applications and financial documentation are submitted directly to the independent lender, not to All Bus Sales.

2. How We Use Your Data & Referral Sharing

We use the information described above to publish and manage listings, route buyer inquiries to the applicable seller, respond to your questions, deliver the referral you requested, operate accounts and the parts store, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and analyze and improve the site.

Referral sharing — please read carefully. When you submit a financing inquiry, your name, contact details, and stated vehicle and financing information are transmitted to the independent financing provider you selected, including Commercial Fleet Financing (CFF). When you submit an inspection or transport request, the same categories of information are transmitted to the independent inspection company, drive-away service, or heavy-haul carrier handling your request. When you send a listing inquiry, your inquiry and contact details are transmitted to the seller of that listing.

Once information is transmitted to a third-party lender, carrier, inspector, or seller, that party processes it under its own privacy policy and independent legal obligations. All Bus Sales does not control, and is not responsible for, the downstream data practices of those parties.

Service providers. We use vendors for hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, error monitoring, and analytics. These vendors process data only on our instructions and only as needed to provide their service.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Analytics cookies may nonetheless constitute a "share" under some state statutes; you may opt out using the instructions in Section 3 or your browser's cookie controls.

Legal disclosures. We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, court order, or lawful government request, or where necessary to investigate suspected fraud, enforce our Terms of Use, or protect the rights, property, or safety of users or the public.

Retention. We retain inquiry, referral, and order records for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described here and to satisfy legal, accounting, tax, and dispute-resolution requirements, then delete or de-identify them.

3. Your Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA, Florida FIPA & Other State Laws)

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to: (a) know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you; (b) request a copy of that information in a portable format; (c) request correction of inaccurate information; (d) request deletion of your personal information; (e) opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information; and (f) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@allbussales.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and state which right you are exercising and the email address or phone number you used on the site. We will acknowledge your request within ten (10) business days and respond substantively within forty-five (45) days, with one permitted forty-five (45) day extension where reasonably necessary.

Verification. To protect your data, we will verify your identity before acting on an access, correction, or deletion request — normally by confirming control of the email address or phone number associated with the submission. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written authorization that we may verify directly with you.

Limits on deletion. We may retain information where required to complete a transaction you requested, comply with a legal obligation, prevent fraud, resolve a dispute, or where the information has already been transmitted to a third-party lender, carrier, or seller at your direction. In that case you must also contact that party directly.

Florida residents. All Bus Sales maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards consistent with the Florida Information Protection Act (Fla. Stat. § 501.171) and will provide breach notification as required by that statute.

Children. The site is a business-to-business commercial marketplace and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

4. Communications Consent (TCPA & CAN-SPAM)

By submitting a contact, inquiry, seller registration, financing, or inspection/shipping form, and by providing your telephone number, you expressly consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) to be contacted at that number and email address regarding your inquiry by: (a) All Bus Sales; and (b) the specific, explicitly named financing, inspection, or transport partner you requested — such as Commercial Fleet Financing (CFF) for a financing referral — and, for a listing inquiry, the seller of that listing. This consent includes calls, text messages (SMS), and emails, which may be placed using automated telephone dialing systems or prerecorded or artificial voice messages. This consent does not extend to any unnamed, generic, or unaffiliated third-party marketer, and we do not sell or transfer your number to lead aggregators.

Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchase, of receiving a referral, or of any financing decision. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

Opting out of calls and texts. Reply STOP to any text message to stop text messages from that sender, or tell any caller you wish to be placed on the internal do-not-call list. Requests may also be sent to privacy@allbussales.com. Once a third-party lender or carrier has your information, you must also opt out with that party directly.

Opting out of email. Every commercial email we send includes a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing stops marketing email but does not stop transactional messages relating to an active inquiry, listing, account, or parts order.

Recording. Telephone communications may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes where permitted by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution: Mandatory Binding Arbitration, Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver

Governing law. This document and any dispute arising out of or relating to it, the site, any listing, any referral, or any communication between the parties are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Mandatory binding arbitration. Except for claims seeking injunctive relief or the protection of intellectual property, and except for individual claims properly brought in small-claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and All Bus Sales shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The seat of arbitration is Orange County, Florida, USA. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.

Class action waiver and jury trial waiver. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY. YOU AND ALL BUS SALES EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND EACH IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Supporting jurisdiction and venue. For any matter that is not subject to arbitration — including a petition to compel arbitration, a request for provisional or injunctive relief, or enforcement of an arbitral award — the exclusive forum is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, USA. Each party irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction in, and waives any objection to venue in, those courts.

Time limit. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Severability of this section. If the class action waiver is held unenforceable as to any claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed from arbitration and heard in the Orange County, Florida courts identified above; the remainder of this section survives.
