Parts & Return Policy

AS-IS terms for used and salvage parts, dropshipping and OEM warranty rules, fitment responsibility, returns and restocking fees, and the labor-cost liability disclaimer.

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This Parts & Return Policy governs every part advertised, quoted, ordered, or fulfilled through All Bus Sales, including used and salvage parts listed by third-party dismantlers and new parts fulfilled by manufacturers, distributors, or dropshipping partners. It supplements our Terms of Use. Where a conflict exists on a parts order, this policy controls.

1. Used, Rebuilt & Salvage Bus Parts — Sold “AS-IS, WHERE-IS”

All used, take-off, rebuilt, remanufactured, core, dismantled, and salvage parts advertised on this site by third-party sellers or dismantlers are sold strictly “AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.” No warranty of any kind accompanies these parts unless a specific written warranty is issued and signed by the seller of that part.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA LAW, ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED FOR USED AND SALVAGE PARTS, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, FITMENT OR COMPATIBILITY WITH ANY VEHICLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

All Bus Sales is an advertising and referral marketplace. We do not inspect, disassemble, bench-test, dyno-test, load-test, pressure-test, or otherwise verify the mechanical or safety condition, remaining service life, hour/mileage history, accident history, or regulatory compliance of any used part listed by a third-party seller. Photographs, mileage figures, hour readings, part numbers, condition grades, and descriptions are supplied by the seller and are not independently verified by All Bus Sales.

Safety-critical components. Brake components, steering and suspension components, wheels, airbags and restraint components, fuel-system components, and lift or wheelchair-securement equipment must be inspected, tested, and installed by a qualified commercial vehicle technician before the vehicle is returned to service. Some safety components should not be reused at all; the buyer and its technician are solely responsible for that determination.

Cores and core charges. Where a listing states that a core return is required, the buyer must return a rebuildable core matching the seller's stated specification within the stated window or forfeit the core charge. Cores that are cracked, seized, incomplete, or previously disassembled may be rejected by the supplier.

2. New Parts, Distributor Fulfillment & Dropshipping Orders

New and aftermarket parts ordered through this site may be fulfilled directly by third-party manufacturers, authorized distributors, warehouse-distribution networks, or dropshipping partners, and may ship from a facility other than our Orlando location. Shipment may originate from multiple facilities, so items in a single order may arrive separately and on different dates.

Warranty source. Any warranty on a new or aftermarket part is provided strictly and exclusively by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or the part's manufacturer, on that manufacturer's own published terms, for that manufacturer's own stated duration. All Bus Sales issues no warranty of its own on any part, and no statement made on this site, by email, or by telephone creates a warranty, extends a manufacturer warranty, or modifies its terms.

Warranty claims on new parts must be submitted to the manufacturer or its authorized service network. We will, as a courtesy, provide the supplier's name, part number, and order documentation needed to open a claim, but we do not administer, adjudicate, fund, or guarantee the outcome of any manufacturer warranty claim.

Availability, pricing and lead times. Stock levels, prices, and lead times shown on the site are supplied by our distribution partners and can change without notice. If a part is discontinued, backordered, superseded by a replacement part number, or priced in error, we will contact you to confirm, substitute, or cancel before charging or shipping. Orders placed on the site are offers to purchase and are not binding until we confirm availability and final total.

Freight, LTL and oversized items. Engines, transmissions, axles, body panels, glass, and similar oversized items ship by freight or LTL carrier and may require a commercial address, forklift, or dock. Additional accessorial charges (liftgate, residential delivery, limited access, redelivery, storage) are the buyer's responsibility and will be quoted before dispatch where possible.

Freight damage and shortages. Inspect all shipments before signing the delivery receipt. Visible damage or shortage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery and reported to us within forty-eight (48) hours with photographs. Concealed damage must be reported within five (5) business days. Claims reported after these windows are routinely denied by carriers, and that denial is not the responsibility of All Bus Sales.

3. Fitment Responsibility & VIN Verification (Buyer's Duty)

The buyer is solely and strictly responsible for confirming that a part fits and functions in the intended vehicle before placing an order. This includes cross-referencing the OEM part number, superseded or alternate part numbers, year/make/model/trim, engine and transmission serial or build codes, axle ratio, body and chassis configuration, wheelbase, electrical architecture and connector type, emissions family, and any mid-year production change.

VIN verification. Where a VIN is available, the buyer must verify compatibility against the vehicle's VIN, build sheet, or OEM parts catalog. Compatibility or “fits” data displayed on the site is a convenience reference supplied by sellers or catalog feeds; it is not a guarantee of fitment and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for an order.

Photographs and listing descriptions are illustrative. Casting numbers, connector styles, mounting patterns, and revision levels can differ between units that share a description. When in doubt, contact us at parts@allbussales.com or +1 (321) 204-7724 with your VIN before ordering.

Installation. Parts must be installed by a qualified technician in accordance with OEM service procedures, torque specifications, and applicable FMVSS, DOT, and state inspection requirements. Improper installation, modification, drilling, welding, repainting, or use outside the manufacturer's stated application voids all return eligibility and any manufacturer warranty.

Electrical, electronic, and programmed components. ECUs, control modules, instrument clusters, sensors, and any component that requires programming, calibration, or VIN pairing are non-returnable once installed, energized, or programmed.

4. Returns, Restocking Fees, Shipping Costs & Labor Disclaimer

Return window. A return for an incorrectly ordered part must be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery for used, salvage, and dismantled parts, and within thirty (30) days of delivery for new parts, unless the supplier's own published policy provides a shorter or longer window, in which case the supplier's window controls.

Return authorization required. No return is accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued in advance. Request an RMA by emailing parts@allbussales.com with your order number, part number, VIN, and photographs. Parts shipped back without an RMA number may be refused or discarded without credit.

Supplier approval and restocking fee. Every return is subject to the originating supplier's or seller's approval and inspection. A restocking fee of up to twenty percent (20%) of the item price may be assessed on approved returns of correctly supplied parts. Special-order, custom, cut-to-length, discontinued, hazardous-material, and non-stocking items are non-returnable.

Condition on return. Parts must be returned unused, uninstalled, undamaged, free of fluids and grease, with all original packaging, hardware, tags, seals, and documentation intact. Parts returned installed, marked, damaged, or incomplete will be refused or credited at a reduced amount at the supplier's discretion.

Return shipping costs. Return shipping, insurance, and any freight or accessorial charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable — except where the wrong part was shipped in error by us or the supplier, or the part arrived defective within the applicable window, in which case we will arrange and pay for return transportation and supply a prepaid label or carrier pickup.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within ten (10) business days after the supplier receives and inspects the return. Where a part was supplied correctly and matches the listing, the remedy is limited to the approved return credit described here.

Used and salvage parts sold AS-IS are not returnable for performance, remaining service life, wear, or fitment dissatisfaction. They may be returned only if the item delivered is materially different from the item described in the listing, reported with photographs within the fourteen (14) day window.

EXCLUSION OF LABOR AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ALL BUS SALES, ITS AFFILIATES, ITS SELLERS, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR MECHANIC OR TECHNICIAN LABOR CHARGES, DIAGNOSTIC OR TEARDOWN TIME, GARAGE, SHOP, TOWING, ROAD-SERVICE OR STORAGE FEES, RENTAL OR SUBSTITUTE VEHICLE COSTS, VEHICLE DOWNTIME, LOST CHARTERS, LOST ROUTES, LOST REVENUE OR PROFITS, MISSED CONTRACTS, PASSENGER OR PENALTY CLAIMS, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM A DEFECTIVE, MISDESCRIBED, LATE, INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED, OR INCORRECTLY INSTALLED PART — WHETHER THE CLAIM SOUNDS IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

MAXIMUM LIABILITY. THE ENTIRE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ALL BUS SALES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO ANY PART, ORDER, LISTING, OR REFERRAL SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO ALL BUS SALES FOR THE SPECIFIC PART GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you; the remaining limitations stay in full force.

Product liability. Manufacturing and design defect claims lie against the manufacturer of the part, not against an advertising venue or reseller that neither manufactured nor altered it. All Bus Sales does not manufacture, remanufacture, machine, modify, or certify any part sold or advertised on this site.

5. Dispute Resolution: Mandatory Binding Arbitration, Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver

Governing law. This document and any dispute arising out of or relating to it, the site, any listing, any referral, or any communication between the parties are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Mandatory binding arbitration. Except for claims seeking injunctive relief or the protection of intellectual property, and except for individual claims properly brought in small-claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and All Bus Sales shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The seat of arbitration is Orange County, Florida, USA. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.

Class action waiver and jury trial waiver. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY. YOU AND ALL BUS SALES EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND EACH IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Supporting jurisdiction and venue. For any matter that is not subject to arbitration — including a petition to compel arbitration, a request for provisional or injunctive relief, or enforcement of an arbitral award — the exclusive forum is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, USA. Each party irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction in, and waives any objection to venue in, those courts.

Time limit. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Severability of this section. If the class action waiver is held unenforceable as to any claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed from arbitration and heard in the Orange County, Florida courts identified above; the remainder of this section survives.
