Terms that apply to companies and individuals listing commercial buses on the marketplace.

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, ownership of the vehicle offered for sale, compliance with applicable state and federal law, and completion of the bill of sale and title transfer with the buyer.

Third-party vehicles are sold directly by their owners. All Bus Charter Sales provides advertising and referral services only. Unless specifically disclosed, we do not own, inspect, certify, negotiate, finance, transport, warranty, or transfer title for third-party vehicles.
