Marketplace Listing Standards

Every listing must identify the actual seller and include: year, make, model, seating or wheelchair capacity, bus type, condition, mileage or engine hours, engine and transmission, fuel type, city and state where the unit is located, title status, and price or a clear "call for price" indication.

The VIN should be provided whenever available. Listings without a VIN may receive reduced search visibility and may be excluded from syndication feeds.

Salvage, dismantle, and parts-only units must be clearly labeled as such and must not be presented as roadworthy operating vehicles.

Photographs must depict the actual unit for sale, taken in its current condition. Recommended coverage: front three-quarter, rear three-quarter, both sides, interior aisle, driver area, engine bay, tires, and any known damage.

Do not upload watermarked images belonging to another dealer, manufacturer marketing renderings presented as the actual unit, or images that conceal known damage.

Images should be at least 1200 pixels on the long edge. The first image is used as the search and social preview and should be the exterior three-quarter view.

Advertised pricing must reflect the price actually available to a qualified buyer. Mandatory dealer, documentation, or preparation fees should be disclosed in the listing description rather than added after a buyer commits.

Listings that misrepresent the seller, unit, mileage, title, or condition, or that are used to bait buyers toward a different unit, may be removed without notice and may result in account suspension.

All Bus Sales does not independently verify listing content. Publication of a listing is not an endorsement, inspection result, or certification of any unit or seller.

Governing law. This document and any dispute arising out of or relating to it, the site, any listing, any referral, or any communication between the parties are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Mandatory binding arbitration. Except for claims seeking injunctive relief or the protection of intellectual property, and except for individual claims properly brought in small-claims court, any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and All Bus Sales shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator. The seat of arbitration is Orange County, Florida, USA. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.) governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision.

Class action waiver and jury trial waiver. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY ONLY. YOU AND ALL BUS SALES EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING, JOIN, OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, MASS, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, AND EACH IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS OR PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Supporting jurisdiction and venue. For any matter that is not subject to arbitration — including a petition to compel arbitration, a request for provisional or injunctive relief, or enforcement of an arbitral award — the exclusive forum is the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, USA. Each party irrevocably consents to personal jurisdiction in, and waives any objection to venue in, those courts.

Time limit. Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose, or it is permanently barred, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Severability of this section. If the class action waiver is held unenforceable as to any claim, that claim (and only that claim) shall be severed from arbitration and heard in the Orange County, Florida courts identified above; the remainder of this section survives.
